Training
We dedicate our technical support at the company at all stages of the export chain, from Farm production, Packhouse and logistical support.
- Farm production: GAPs (Good Agricultural Practices) are key for our farmers to produce fruits and vegetables suitable for the export market. We also train in pest management and chemical control (MRLs) on all produce. This is because we value good health for our end customers.
- Pack house training is key for Quality control, Maintenance and Sustainment. Covering key areas of Food safety (handling and storing), Product Quality control, HAACP, Equipment use, Communication, Team work and Customer care services.
- Logistical trainings covering logistics and transportation throughout the value chain.
