Okra, also known as ladies’ fingers or gumbo is widely grown in Uganda and is a favorite delicacy for many on the international market, it is a flowering plant that is cultivated for its edible green seed pods. It is a member of the mallow family and is commonly found in tropical and subtropical regions around the world.
We provide our okra with a green skin colour, free from dirt, foreign materials, and pest and disease damage. Their length is between 7cm to 14 cm.
