Known as the African Egg plant or the mock tomato, it has many varieties but the white variety is the most popular within the market. It is round shaped or tear dropped shape with a clear white skin. Great for most exotic sauces, its rich flavour lends itself well to spicy dishes.
Available throughout the year as the Garden eggs are grown with some farms under an irrigation system to ensure you will have all quantities needed while keeping quality at its top best
