Type: Red and Green chilli

Most favorable among the chilli varieties is the cayenne type greatly preferred for its mild hotness and flavour. It’s a group of tapering, 10 to 25 cm long, generally skinny with colours green at maturity and turning red at full ripened stage.

GREEN CHILLI

The green chilli is the mildest chili that is grown, if you prefer dishes that aren’t hot, this pepper will add a wonderful piquancy to your cooking.

RED CHILLI

The red chilli is slightly hotter and best for sauces. It has a mildly hot flavour that adds a lovely touch to any dish.

Available through out the year as this product is grown under the irrigation scheme to ensure quantity and quality is constant and at its best.
